[Korea Times] 2016 OKTA LA Seminar: 7.8.2016
Organized by World Federation of Overseas Korean Trade Association (World OKTA), and run by LA Trade Association (OKTA LA), ‘Product Exhibition and Export Consultation of Small Korean Enterprise’, the main event of ‘2016 World-OKTA American Federation of Business’ was held at The LA Hotel in downtown on July 7, 2016. Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology (KIAT) and 33 other affiliated companies have participated in the event.
This event, sponsored by World OKTA, was the largest district meeting yet, with 15 countries, and officials from 30 different branches visited LA to empower small Korean enterprises.
Most small enterprises who participated in this event have not received the U.S. government approval of their company’s product, and had the opportunity to explore the local market prior to entering the U.S. market.
In this event, Attorney J.J. Kim, President of J.J. Kim and Associates, PC delivered a presentation on ‘Small Korean Enterprise’s Guide to the American Market’ and ‘Changes of the U.S Trade Environment’, over a period of two days.
